EDIT: Fixed Rafa.
The ones in Bold are VERY questionable.
I marked out Kenny since I believe he has to have a higher rating BUT I do not know if the tactical part of our team now is organized by him or Clark.
Thoughts?

What do they base their figures on?
What do they base their figures on?
No idea. They have some very wierd figures on the coaches, the players are OK.
Some coaches have tactical training at 20 and tactical knowledge at 12, how does that work?
Hodgson. :FP:
And Maurinho is questionable.

Rafa aswell. He is not worse then Guardiola considering the players he has to his disposal.
None of them are coaches.
None of them are coaches.
*Managers -.- You know what I meant haha. Coaching is a part of managing tho'
What do they base their figures on?
I presume you mean that particular stat. It may be there isn't enough data for them to get it closer to the truth.
What is the full stats for Kenny?
Tactical:
How tactically astute he is. More tactically astute coaches will not only be able to coach the tactical side of the game more effectively but any advice they may offer is likely to be more accurate and informative.
Tactical Knowledge:
The tactical knowledge possessed by a coach. Their experiences in the game, where they’ve been and who they’ve worked with will affect the level of knowledge they have, and when using this knowledge they may have ideas lesser coaches haven’t become familiar with, which is an advantage.
So it may reflect the time he has spent away from the game.

On the subject of FM tactics, what is best way to play Suarez? Been using him as poacher and his goal return is decent but watching him for us makes me think he is more suited to trequarista, does he consistently perform with this duty?

I reckon he'll be better on the new FM, but not that much better.
Atleast Sterling will be on it this time.

I have him as left winger in a wide front 3 in a 4-3-3
Ashley Young on the right, Carroll up top and Suarez on the left.
He's got an average of 8.0 right now but carroll is **** and have an average of 6.9, the only way he score goals is that I've put him to attack the near post on corners since the ball is higher in the air and his naturall ability to header the ball gives him a big advantage over shorter players.
Raul-Aqua-Gerrard in the middle,
insua has an average of 8.0 so Coentrao is on the bench :FP:
