After reviewing the current first team it is clear that we lack width (yeah it's obvious as it has been discussed before) and I believe we should buy a centre midfielder, two wingers, a left back, a centre back and a defensive midfielder. I think it is important that we sell some of players who don't really have a future at the club, such as: Kyrgiakos, Aurelio, Konchesky, Poulsen, Jovanovic, Degen, Aquilani, El Zhar, Darby and Eccleston. I think Maxi and Cole should stay as squad players who can come off the bench and provide competition for places. Also, I believe Insua should come back and provide back up for left back.
As I discuss above, the main areas of concern at the moment are centre midfield (Charlie Adam, Ever Banega, Steven Defour, wingers (Ashley Young, Charles N'Zogbia, Alexis Sanchez, Eden Hazard, Aiden McGeady, Stewart Downing), left back (Fabio Coentrao, Jose Enrique, Leighton Baines), centre back (Simon Kjaer, Gary Cahill, Brede Hangeland) and defensive midfield (Yann M'Vila, Lassana Diarra, Moussa Sissoko).

Conclusion
I think with those purchases (Kjaer, Coentrao, Adam, M'Vila, Hazard and N'Zogbia), we can be a very strong team next season with quite a substantial amount of depth. I really hope Reina stays for the squad overhaul (if there is one). The above buys are the ones I see as the most idealistic if we make some money from selling and have money to buy players from NESV.

Mainly because he is young and has time to grow. I just see N'Zogbia and Suarez as better options. Or even if you wanted you could drop Carroll and put Suarez as central striker and have Hazard and N'Zogbia out wide.

I think Kenny will get rid of Aurelio, Poulsen, Ngog, Konchesky, Insua, Degen and possibly Maxi.
He wants Charlie Adam and Ashley Young, I think there is no question about that. But as I said earlier, you can't play Gerrard, Meireles, Lucas, Young, Adam, Suarez and Carrol all at the same time, so I don't know how thats gonna work out.

2 signings wouldn't even touch the sides. We need a specialist left-back, plus a couple of quality wingers to make the most of the most expensive Englishman of all time. I don't envisage Aquilani coming back, and I'd expect to see Adam come in if Kenny gets the contract we all expect him to. Those 4 are almost certs in my eyes, I wouldn't be surprised to a couple more if they represent good value too. There'll be at least 4 or 5 in and a fair few out.

I belive you are one season off. Gael Clichy has one more season to run on his contract hence the negotations now. No club would allow a top player to have only a few months left on a contract as he could earn a huge amount in signing fees as a "free player" and Arsenal would get nothing.
