mainly groups in my school, had all the 'rockers' in the corner, all the people mad on footy, the drug/alcohol abusers then the people who kept themselves to themselves. i hung around with the footy people earlier on then as my music taste developed started hanging out with the 'rockers' a bit more. so id say i was a drifter :)

I'm the one that likes someone for who they are not whether they're popular. The "popular" kids at our school are self proclaimed popular when everybody hates them, because they're popular they think they're hard and talk down their noses at people. In our school popular kids are the ones that get beat up the most, not the fat kids or the nerds.

So if you don't wanna get beat up, don't be a douchey popular kid and be yourselves.

Apparently that's what happens to all of the 'popular' kids at this lad's school. I wonder if the kids dishing out the beatings to these charlatans are the truly 'popular' ones . . . and whether if they assumed this position, they would end up on the end of severe beatings, themselves. I wouldn't say i'm a drifter i just seem to get on well with people in the different groups. I do have a small circle of friends though and my circle of friends can get critised due to us being in the top class (this critism is mainly from "mr popular" and this citicism mainly stems from his own insecurities). I live in Stoke so half of the pupils are stoke supporters and the rest are "stoke supporters:rolleyes:"
I am of course a liverpool fan and have been all my life as my family comes from liverpool. I have had a fair amount of stick recently due to our league position but the real stoke fans say that out of the top 5( man u man city, chelsea arsenal, us) they would like liverpool to win the league the most. I have been called a bin dipper before though (not sure whether this was due to my hobbies or because i support this great club :P)

By 4th year I was getting stoned and taking diazepam before or during school to help me block out how much I hated school. I tried so much to get expelled but the head of my year knew i wasn't a bad kid but was just fed up with school so never kicked me out.

Looking back I was known but not popular nor was I bullied. Most folk knew me as "Gav wee bro" my bro was very popular with all the cool ones in his year.

What I said was, the so-called 'popular' kids think they're hard, aka they start fights.

In other words you could be saying that the most dominant kids are 'popular'. That sounds like there could be something evolutionary in that.

Or I could be spouting rubbish learnt in Sociology lessons.

Sociology is absolute ******** to be fair.

It varied through the years , but to me the best time I had was just chilling with the group of friends who liked to play football non stop every break/lunch time... My worst looking back was hanging with the so called "popular" kids which just meant sneaking out of school and messing about

Drifter really, played for my football team since I was 7 and all the lads who play for it went to my school so hung about with them the majority of the time, was also sound with every group though really, was pretty much laid back throughout school, I was sound with everyone.

I was in Primary because my mar worked in my school so everybody knew who I was. In secondry I went to school in another area of Liverpool so I wasn't really known. I was popular with the girls - not being big headed - and I was pally with the more popular lads because I played for the school team so they all knew me. But I wouldn't say I was popular with everybody. When I reached year 11 I was more or less known by everybody in my year and the year below. I was known for being a sound lad rather than being one of the naughty kids.

I just played football almost every break we got... about 20 of us managed to get a big yard to ourselves and just had a big kickabout!
But everyone knew who I was, either because they liked me, or the people that didn't was because I was too "cocky" because I wasn't scared to stick up for people getting bullied, and the big lads didn't like it because i had a big mouth :P
