When i hear the date April \'89,
a special thought comes into mind,
for the poor people who died that day,
from there friends and families,
they\'ve been taken away
at three o clock they were going to the match,
to see Liverpools best eleven,
but by eight o clock that evening,
they were at the gates of heaven.
the police are shouldering the blame,
wasn\'t it an awful shame,
that 96 victims may god bless,
in our hearts will never rest.
all the time a candle lights,
in the morning, day and night,
the victims names are on a plaque
but even this can\'t bring them back.
i\'m a big fan of Liverpool,
thats why i wrote this poem,
to remind the victims of Hillsborough,
that they\'ll NEVER WALK ALONE.......
