On the matter of thread moderation, I really find waiting hours for a thread to be moderated annoying, and I have had several not get moderated at all.

I think it would be better if moderation was turned off, but repeat offenders who post bad/duplicate/wum/pointless threads should just get their ability to create threads revoked. There are good posters and good topical threads feeling the brunt of others' mistakes in my opinion.

Just a thought.

I just woke up...

I can tell you that as a moderator, I really find having to go through all the moderated threads quite annoying myself, especially ones that have no thought put into them as well. I'm not speaking for other moderators though. I also don't go through those that pass the first page, generally speaking.

In terms of your second paragraph, that is a potential possibility we are looking into, but the night of our most recent loss made me appreciate thread moderation ever so much.

Some of them probably haven't posted since I think or it's a glitch. I think the tag changes every 5000 posts or something.

Thanks for your consideration. Like I said just take away privileges from bad threaders, I know the ability exists. It must be annoying reading some of the cr***, it is for us too.

Definitely leave it on on matchdays. Maybe the day following a match might be a good idea too as that seems to be a common time for 'them' to come out of the woodwork.
