I'll keep an eye for it! I've never used snipers. I'm useless with them

Donít think weíll see better days than Der Riese and Kino Der Toten. Got to round 34 once on Kino.
Them zombie maps were classics. Highest I ever got to was 32 I think, but I'm not sure if it was any of those maps.

I used to love surviving the zombie hordes but I'd prefer the objective based game, keeps the brain ticking over and less boring for someone for can't stand sitting in front of a PlayStation for more then 2 hours.

I've been playing gears of war 4. I initially thought it was terrible. It seemed slow and ponderous, Just completely lifeless. And punctuated with incessant irritating dialogue. Half way through the game changes, and it now feels like a proper gears game. It felt like the developers wanted to either make a completely new game and caved in, or they were restricted by the story line. Whichever it is, the second half of the game is really enjoyable. The best thing I can say is that it's made me want to revisit the older games i the series, so I'll be playing the remastered version of the original soon.

seems EA have really crossed over the line regarding in game purchases for Star Wars Battlefront II. not many have issues with cosmetics, but pay to win is a different beast.

this clip from Ryker is worth watching for an update.

The whole three-central-characters feature works brilliantly and the overall story is really engaging. Needless to say just spending time 'in the world' is a wonderful experience and there are plenty of tasks to keep you entertained, including rounds of golf and tennis matches! I hardly touched the different types of races available but will probably go back and tie up a few loose ends including those now that I've finished the main story.

What did everyone else think about this epic title, was it better than its predecessor or inferior from your perspective? Were there any particular moments you thought that stood out from the rest? Personally I believe the bank heist involving the use of mini-guns was a bit special, but what was a highlight for you?

I must say I'm already looking forward to GTA VI...
I spent weeks and weeks on this game, literally lots of weeks game time with the online part of it. Loved both the single player and online mode. Me and a mate had a right blast at times, you would be playing along trying to complete something and then realise it was 3am and work in a few hours.
Wish I carried on more with the online as I tried getting back into it but I couldn't, its like everyone is so much better than you after a long break.

I like to say that I do 'GTA V' for a living...at times it seems like that anyway.

As you say KoppityKloppity it is a magnificent game from start to finish.

By the way, I haven't even touched the online aspect yet, I've only played the main game.

My focus is entirely on WW2 at the moment.

Now it's playable, I'm really enjoying it. I am not too fond of most of the maps though, so I'm hoping to see some goodies in the first DLC.

Loved the gears franchise but judgement was such a poor game. Has totally put me off buying gears 4 but now that it's cheap I might give it a chance.

The same happened with halo. Enjoyed all of them up until the 4th one then I couldn't bring myself to playing guardians

Yes, started yesterday. Will last the month with other updates to come - The Last Jedi season. There will be an update to the single player story mode which will tie in with the movie, apparently. can't wait!

That’s quite cool! Is it like a faction thing where you just gain points for that or is there unlockables due to progress and stuff?

You have objectives to meet which go towards your faction earning rewards - the ‘winning’ side get the better goodies - the trailing side get goodies too but not as valuable thus providing an incentive to do better. It’s been good as it’s forcing me to play Trooper Classes and Weapons I normally wouldn’t choose. I’m having to learn new ways of playing rather than just sticking to what I know. For example, I’m a terrible ‘Sniper’ (Specialist) always have been as I don’t have the patience to sit-tight (plus my aim is lame) but I need my Kills so i’ve been doing it and actually enjoying myself.
