If he wishes to dispute the validity of the undertakings regarding the naming or removal of Board members given to Broughton, he will have to explain in person, i.e. testify, as to what the circumstances were surrounding the giving of the undertakings . It will be difficult for Hicks to explain why the written undertakings are not valid, but it may be possible. All of this, though, will required him to testify.

There used to be an excellent Indian restaurant nextdoor to the Old ****(male chicken) Tavern on Fleet Street a few years back. If it's still there, and if the same people are there, I highly recommend it for those of you heading in that general direction. (not even sure if the Old ****(male chicken) is still there!)

The Old C**k Tavern is indeed still here, having had a major refit last year, but the Indian has long gone. For the Tesco fanciers, you can get your sandwiches at the new branch which is literally opposite the Royal Courts of Justice - even nearer than the ones on the corner of Waterloo Bridge and in Covent Garden.

Remember theres no need to burn the Stars and stripes now and
"yanks out' isn't really an option.

I'm going to try and get there as only an hour away. Will bring my Texas chainsaw.
