Good stuff. As usual though it's only the tests whose results I'll really care about.

I'm a sucker for all forms of the game! Although I agree nothing beats test cricket.

I've not done a test match in a long time but t20 games are freaking spectacular. England vs SA t20 at lords or oval, I'll try my utmost to get tickets

Would kill to go to a test match at the Oval or Lords.

    Have no money though.

    £126

That's ridiculous, is that through official means?

Best off waiting until the matches start and getting tickets for days 4 and 5.

I looked on the England cricket board web site and I swear tickets were around £80 but most tickets for the first test (apart from day 5 as you might expect) are sold out/ limited tickets.

Yeah where they start slashing the tickets down for ridiculous prices. Weather wise I'm worried. Price isn't a problem, the atmosphere is going to be amazing and we're going to have some lovely cricket, KP, Cook, Kallis, De Villiers and Amla. I'm just checking their holding two 50 over games at the Oval and Lords, the t20 games are outside London

I don't mind 3rd or 4th ODI games at either stadiums, please keep me informed. If you want my email add, let me know.
Just pray we get sunshine, I don't like taking brollies in a hot summer day.

Are they batting forever? Is the pitch really flat?

390-7 and Windies looking to make it pass 400 and more. The pitch is really flat but I think poor bowling from the Aussies, their getting really frustrated.
On a positive Chanderpaul looking to make another ton, god knows how many that is now.

It's in the Caribbean yeah? They really do have flat pitches out there.

The Aussies are not as good as they used to be obviously but they are getting better.

If they whitewash the West indies they could have gone second had we lost to Sri Lanka.

Yes Caribbean, Aussies are going for through a transitional period atm... God I hated when they dominated Cricket for a long time. I'm surprised to see how WI have gone up over the last year, at one point Cricket was non existent in WI.

    Everyone in double figures.

Lot's of starts and half centuries.

Shows how flat it is out there, I can see this being a draw to be honest.

Depends on how Aussies bat, I wouldn't want to face Fidel Edwards and Kemar Roach

No I'm serious, I think Fidel Edwards is a decent pace bowler.

What I had in mind was even further away, Liverpoolforme .. by 'summer', I meant the SA tour to England, which is about 3 months away.

C'mon, Windies and Aussies .. tire the English out so that they have a good excuse for being hammered by SA

That's understandable considering you have no more series until then!

What these series will do for us is get our batsman into the amazing form they were in pre winter.

I think that's the problem, they don't like twenty twenty.

Personally I love test cricket and it is the pinicle. I also enjoy the one day formats (international cricket) but no where near the same as test cricket.

Don't really follow cricket outside of the international scene.
