Right it's back for a fifth season, by popular demand. My is the game on tv topic. It's got all the games for the 2011/2012 season and whether they are on tv or not.

So if you see someone asking if it's on tv, don't attack them or anything or tell them yes or no. Just post the link to this topic. They can then use it to find the answer. If they choose not to use the link, it's their choice, and just means they don't get the answer. It's up to them if they want the answer or not and if they don't they obviously don't care.

If a game has not on tv next to it, it means it's not on tv and no amount of asking will change it. The games that have not been announced will not be announced any quicker so asking won't speed things up, when they are announced they'll be posted.

If you don't live over here, then ask in this topic and someone will answer, but give the country your in as it helps as people are not psychic and are not going to check the tv guide of every country on the planet to help you when you can't be bothered to say where you live. If you don't get an answer after 1 minute then wait, don't post with WELL, anyone etc... we are not all on here at the same time so an answer will take time. It's not going to make a difference and cause you to miss it if you wait more then a minute, unless you ask 1 min before kick off, in which case it's just laziness and shows you don't really care.

Also admins/mods if anyone posts any illegal links, it's their doing not mine, so don't remove the topic, like you did a previous topic of mine. Remove the offending post, if it keeps becoming a problem then ban people who post these links.

I think there is a link for the Kick-off times in the original post.

Seems like someone didn't read the entire post before posting

I miss the days before Sticky topics and Euro used to rant everytime someone posted a new thread asking if the game was on tele!

Nice one though Euro, always very helpful to have this up and running!

Just a suggestion, if you're wanting people to use this thread as an answer to questions on what games are on tv, could you please put the KO times on this topic as well?

I guarantee it'll save A LOT of "i can see it's on tv, but what time???!!11" questions.

I would really help if you read the opening post properly yourself

    Quality thread Euro

Can't believe how much hassle I got off moderators BEFORE you started this saying it couldn't be done due to the number of different countries who had different channels and time zones and it going against the match going ethos

Glad to see that for a while now we have had the TV options on the fixtures list too, we don't all have the opportunity to go as often as we'd like

    Thanks again

I think you should read my post properly.

Euro mentions in his post people from other countries/timezones also querying KO times in their country. My suggestion would also help to alleviate that particular issue also, as those fans elsewhere will be able to work out the time in their country. For example, say for the first game of the season (if it were on tv):

    Sat 13th August 2011 - Liverpool v Sunderland KO 15.00 GMT (Sky Sports 1)

That will help all fans know exactly what is going on, when, where and what channel.

Edit: Yes, a little more work for Euro on this one post, but will save SO MUCH effort/posts/hassle/facepalms later in the season

If I see someone asking if the game is on TV and I know I'll tell them yes or no its easier than finding this thread then copying and pasting the url along with typing "All you need to know here"

As long as you don't attack them for asking because there are tickets still on sale for the game, I won't.

As long as the same people that complain they can never get tickets, or it's impossible to, don't then ask if a game is on tv when tickets are still on sale. One person did that in the space of a few hours last season.

How about all the pre season games? Have they been announced if they're being televised yet?

    Off Topic
By the way those 3rd kit advertisements on the home page are really poorly photo shopped!!

Rep OP. Much appreciated as always.

I can't tell if some posts are a wind up eg asking about pre-season games when it's been all over the website that they'd all be on LFCTV And asking about K.O. times when you've included it in the OP.

Maybe it's not a wind up & its just that some people are REALLY busy & important (unlike the rest of us little people who are here to serve them )

    Anyway, thanks again OP
