    hi guys and girls

    I know I haven't wrote a lot in here for a long time

    See I used to be very physically active from the age of 3 up 30

    swimming cycling jogging football weight training circuit training teaching personal training

    Changed my body shape with weight training four times

    Then 10 is ago my mental health got out of hand and my eating disorder got worse and my injuries were coming worse

    so I made this topic to try to motivate myself to get back in shape

    So see physio in January 2017 because of my injuries

    I decided to try to get back in shape big time this year been a rollercoaster

    Was on course having a good body shape for September but I had a terrible time in October September November but all my hard work has gone

    Well dude, you know what the Japanese say? The best time to plant a tree might be yesterday, but the second best time is today. The hard work is never gone as you will have gained experience and that fitness comes back quickly.

    had gone from 34 inches waist to 30 inches, from body fat of 24% to 18%

    2 inch gain on my bicep and tricep 1 and half gain on forearm 2 inch gain on my claf

    I'm heading back to those bigger fat numbers and lost the ganes

    Should be able to get those gains back pretty quickly though.

    sounds like you want to be ripped BH. My son has me doing bulgarian split squats and they're killing me. tells me they are best exercise to build from

    As early 20s

    I went from 9 stone to 14 and a half stone in year and a half

    Then 14 and a half stone to 12 stone 8% body fat in year

    Them for about 8 years or so I kept myself at 12 stone with 14% body fat

    it's just been the last eight years or so of my life that I haven't been able to exercise consisten or follow a proper eating plan


    hence why I made this originally topic to try to motivate myself again
