None of the video is working, no live LFC tv, No LFCtv on demand and no live events etc. What is going on with the site?
Since the new version was launched, When trying to access and watch LFCTV i get the message
' stream offline. sorry stream offline <ok>'
This only happens for lfctv and the other vids work fine.
Hi,
I am on a Mac/Lion OS and using safari.
I have got no video at all at the moment. The video seems to load then when i hit the play button the ring circles for about 10 seconds then the image goes away and I am just left with the black and white Liverbird background.
Matt
Hi
you're probably aware of this, but you MUST use Compatibility View in IE9 to get any videos at all to start.
Windows 7 SP1
IE9
I've on a Windows 7 atm and using Firefox. I can't watch anything as when I click on the video, I'll then click play and it will show the loading spinning cirlce and then it gives me the option to resume. I click that and then he video won't play at all and video part of the screen just goes blank after a while.
Same thing happened during Kenny's press conference on Live Events.
Tested and not working for me on Firefox, IE and Google Chrome.![]()
Browser: Firefox 6
Test case:
1. Open LFC TV Video Page
2. Site returns a list of videos
3. I clicked 'Ex-Reds welcome Bellamy"
4. Flash frame displaying "Loading..." in black letters (those letters seem out of context with rest of the content).
5. Initial Flash frame picture displayed, user has to click on Play. That's probably a click too much.
Since the new version was launched, When trying to access and watch LFCTV i get the message
' stream offline. sorry stream offline <ok>'
This only happens for lfctv and the other vids work fine.
thanks for the feedback.
Our tech team are reading. Just to remind you, the more detail you can provide the better, especially the browser you're using, any file you have problems with etc.![]()
Browser: Firefox 6
Operating System: Windows 7
Test case:
1. Open LFC TV stream.
2. Click 'Play'
3. Video starts. Once in a while stream stops and replays a short bit. It's probably due to buffering. It would be better not to repeat but show a buffering sign.
When clicking the link, it takes me to:

Hi there,
Cant seem to play any video, old or new through my PS3. Its the only thing ive got! HELP!
Cheers
Hi.
Thanks for the feedback so far.
Can I request that you send through an example URL for the issues so that we can try to replicate any issue.
It may sound silly if you can't see any videos, but we are republishing the LFC TV area and we can look to see if a problematic page has been republished and we can make sure we see what you see.
There could be instances where there's issues on a whole section, but if we do not check that section when looking at an issue, we'll not see it.
For an update, we are fixing bugs we know about and reviewing this thread for others so keep them coming.
Thanks
Lyndon
Hi,
I am trying to watch the latest news press conference by using Google Chrome but when i click to watch it no video appears and its just a grey background with the LFC bird logo. I have also tried signing in and out but the same thing still happens. Any ideas on what should i do?
Hi.
Can you provide the URL you are having the issues on.
Thanks
It won't load unlike the last web set up! very frustrating!
I'm trying to use my Samsung galaxy tab to watch LFCTV online I'm getting a error message stream currently offline & the sound on the videos is not in time with the video.

Anyone having problems with Chrome please can you try the following:
- In the URL enter about:plugins
- Click on the top right ‘Details’ button to expand all sections
- Click ‘Disable’ on the version of Flash which has \Google\Chrome in the path (usually named gcswf32.dll)
- Restart your browser then try both streams again.
Our streaming partner is working with Google to get the issue sorted but in the meantime this worked for me.

I cant seem to navigate with these. They just send me to a LFC TV online picture.
I'm on my Ps3 and the videos aren't playing anymore.![]()
I'm aware that you are not broadcasting live footage from lfc.tv on iOS yet but will this be available in the future?
Also what's going on with being able to watch lfc.tv through a ps3? Do you envisage a time that we'll be able to view the sites old and live video footage through all providers? iPhone, mac, pc, ps3? Or will some content be limited to certain formats?
Thanks in advance. Keep up the great work. Really appreciate this feedback thread.
Im on a mac and none of the videos are playing, it keeps saying streaming currently offline. How long before everything is repaired?
If a clip is saying "Stream Currently Offline" it will be a live stream that isn't active.
LFCTV Simulcast begins at 9:50am BST and ends at 03:00 the next day.
Other live streams are available as and when content is broadcast.
All live streams are now available on iOS.
Whereas we never officially supported PS3 I will look into the issue.
I see there is an issue with on Demand files also giving this error, I am looking into this
If anyone is having trouble with videos not playing can they please update their version of Flash:
http://www.adobe.com/support/flashplayer/downloads.html
If you update Flash the videos should play.![]()
Nothing works on this new site, I can't watch any video at all keep saying stream is offline
