    I'm a guy but whatever tickles your pickle mate, and it's been a pleasure I love sharing what I know. You have to cook it to perfection and I mean well done mate. If you keep the meat rare the spice stays raw and it doesn't taste very nice. Good luck and let me know how you get on, I'd gladly help you

    It says you can have it with salt but it doesn't sound great if I'm honest.

    I've heard it's good for you so I'm trying to cut down on eggs and stuff.
