Can't think of one Liverpool player who have brought more success to us by playing for England. Even Owen eventually left becuase he was bigged up that much by England that he became too big for us and had to rot on Madrids bench.

That's all I have to say to that. Forgot about about the U21. ****in disgrace those clowns at the FA consider him a U21 player.
Kelly is quality and better than some of those included in the team. Sadly Capello is blind to that. And unfortunatly it wont get any better when Arry takes over after the 2012 European Championships. So once we bomb in the World Cup Qualifiers next year, unless the FA have grown a pair by that time and sack Mr perfect before it's too late he might have to wait for a while yet.
But who know's Capello might see the light. He did after all drop fat frank last time so the is still hope.
I just pray Kelly doesnt get cast in the role of Carra. The perfect Mr versitile. Becasue at England you seem to be considered a jack of all trades but a master of none if you can play in more than one position. And the fact the press are calling him England right back yet we all know his future is most likely as center back for us, once he takes up that role the dumb arse press will probably lable him as a versatile or utility player.
Carra deserved better and so does Kelly.
To be honest it wouldn't be a 'shock', Im not begin biased but hes the best defender to come out this club since Carragher! I know Flannagan and Robinson have so much potential but I think Kelly is the ideal youth player, Walker is good and probably shaded the pick for more appearences and his goal yesterday would of helped but down the line Kelly will definately be in England regular at RB.
