It's only they're ability to attack that has served them well this season.
If they go ahead it changes the perspective of the team they are playing, they don't play an expansive game and push the problem areas of United like their back 4.
The real test for United will be when they go 1-0 down against a top 6 team. If they push on to attack and go 2-0 down then see what it does to their mentality and shape as a team.
It's amazing what the first goal in a game does and how it affects the way a team will play.
One thing I am worried about is the quickness of our defenders when it comes to closing down opposition attacks. Nani and Young are more than capable of producing long range screamers and I am worried that we could concede a goal from a long range drive.

The key is having better players than them in all positions. The closest we were to beating them for the league title was when Xabi, Torres and Gerrard were in top form, but we still finished second. Too bad we didn´t have a wider bench and someone else to accompany Torres in the attack.
You have to stop their wingers,this is not a good game to play Downing or maxi in it.we have to have Dirt in front of the RB and bellamy in front of the LB,e have to make sure the wingers are quiet.I remeber Rafa use to do it when they had ronaldo,he use to play Riise and Troare on one flank.

it easy to beat teams when you know what formation to use but if dont have right players & right boss it wont matter what formation you use

We should be converting Martin Atkinson to the true Reds instead of them, then that way, we can have Rooney or Vidic sent off during mid-way first half and we get a first minute penalty ^^ and then next week, City can batter them
