Matt, or anyone else who is able to answer this,

I posted a question on "ask a question" on our official website as I requested some help, but after a week I haven't received a response and the status reads "completed". When entering now it says that I can't edit or do anything about it, so I lodged another question as that is what it said to do, but the status reads "completed" again.

I'm not sure what the procedure is or if I should have continued waiting (but it has been a week without a response). I've never used the help centre either before, so I was wondering if this was normal protocol or if there was anything else to do about it?

Hi, Checked with colleagues and the main reasons you'd get completed would be either that a reply was sent or that you'd submitted under the 'feedback' option which wouldn't necessarily generate a response.

However we didn't find your email. So if you could forward it to my communitymanager@liverpoolfc.tv address I will ask colleagues to look again

I definitely didn't get a reply, and it wasn't sent under "Feedback" I don't think. Or I might have accidentally, though it was under the "Ask A Question" tab, so surely...it isn't a question

I'll forward what I sent to you and I'll add the reference numbers for both as well.

I just sent off the email under the subject title: Re: "Ask A Question" (cravenz) Ref No: 120220-000190 and 120212-000181

just an update, Tim sent me an email and that the appropriate people have been sent an email from your side and that they will get back to me directly.

And apparently my question is back to "completed" again

could someone get back to me on this or should I just leave the matter? I haven't heard from the "specialised department" that Tim referred my question to more than two weeks ago, and I've been waiting almost 3 - 4 weeks now since my original question (and I know my question isn't a "priority").

Sorry to bug you guys, but I obviously would love a reply of some sort from someone even if I'm told I can't get an answer? Feels odd being left in the twilight zone here.
