Matt, or anyone else who is able to answer this,
I posted a question on "ask a question" on our official website as I requested some help, but after a week I haven't received a response and the status reads "completed". When entering now it says that I can't edit or do anything about it, so I lodged another question as that is what it said to do, but the status reads "completed" again.
I'm not sure what the procedure is or if I should have continued waiting (but it has been a week without a response). I've never used the help centre either before, so I was wondering if this was normal protocol or if there was anything else to do about it?
