I have placed the leagues in the order I think players from these leagues will be able to cope and how fast i think they will get used to the robustness of the English Premiership League.

The reason why Kuyt and Suarez have hit it off initially as a striker partnership is the fact that both could speak Dutch, I think getting in a young goal poacher to partner Saurez will do the trick
Bundesliga

In the Bundesliga I would have loved to see Marco Reus at Liverpool but he has pre contract which will take him to Borussia Dortmund. This talented soon to be 23 yr winger attacking midfielder has scored 13 goals (2011/2012) for Borussia Monchengladbach.

The Swedish league has come up with a few gems such as Glenn Hysén, Zlatan Ibrahimovic, Henrik Larsson and Fredrik Ljungberg, and thus i thought I would throw in this league as well.
Swedish Allsvenskan League
1.) Mathias Ranegie - 27 yr old 6ft 5in 92kg Swedish Striker playing for Malmo FF with a strike rate thus far of 21 goals (2011/2012)

May Mahlangu not a prolific striker but at 23 years old, 5ft 8in this South African attacking midfielder playing for Helsingborgs IF , was voted the best player of the year in the Swedish Allsvenskan League. His strike rate thus far is 4 league goals (2011/2012)
Of the strikers I would go for either Bas Dost/ Luuk de Jong or both, with perhaps the man mountain of swedish striker Mathias Ranegie. at 27yrs old and 6ft 5in weighing in at a hefty 92kg no wonder his bulldozed his way to 21 goals in what is as hard a tackling league as the english premiership., he would come in as fifth striker though. behind Suarez, Carroll, either or Bas Dost/ Luuk de Jong and Bellamy.
Midfielders not much in the above the only obvious one is Eden Hazard, but are the chances of getting him?

... and id agree we need someone who can cope with premierleague ( not meaning a pl proven player crap talk ) but someone world class who we know can cope with the hard game...
