Hey there, I've just written my first non-Liverpool and England article, I've written a full article on the situation at Chelsea. If that's not to your fancy because you're a biased Liverpool fan then look away. But if you're open to unbiased football fan opinion writing, then look below.

My article is about how Roman Abramovich refuses to stick to a long term plan and build a dynasty. I talk about Liverpool and Manchester United maintaining dynasties in the past and how this is a model Abramovich needs to look and stick to if he ever wants success.

Good article, that. If only Roman could read it and the players could keep their ****head-ery to themselves.
Believe it or not, there are people who think it was right to sack Villas-Boas. Just one of those people claimed that (take a second to throw your logic out the window) they wanted a 'world-class project', otherwise it would just be a 'project' and what's the point in that.

Yes, that is actually what they said.

Roman used his fortune to buy Chelsea a seat at the top table. Times have changed and even his money can't guarantee they'll acquire the best players. Buying Torres was a strange vanity statement. Chelsea have replaced a quantity of players but have not been able to match the quality.
In these days of cheque-book management I'm not sure managers are too bothered about being sacked. Pick up the compo and on to the next 'project'.
