    3. True... Have they been any better with Gerrard?
    1. It's no about prognosis. Steven Gerrard is not what he once was and his fitness has been an issue for several years. I don't know what they thought I would have comfortably bet the house on Gerrard not being fit this seaso.
    2. Whatever they see they're wrong. Regular fans knew this. Why didn't they?
    3. No, we haven't been better or worse regardless of the personnel. The only difference is perhaps Lucas, but again that goes back to 2.

Fair play... I know I'm a lone voice on this, but if I could swap Carra, Gerrard, Adam and Spearing for a new look midfield that included Inler, I'd do it in an instant.

Carra is included because I'm starting to believe the old guard are a weight on our shoulders and maybe part of the problem.

It is difficult to put one's feelings into words. The anger feeling has gone, just a feeling of resignation and a realization that it cannot go on like this.

That pretty much sums it up. Sadly, the crap performances are not surprising anymore--though I must confess that dropping the two goal lead and losing the match--that's still got me agitated.

I don't like the selective support you have for our club.

Kenny has said that the supporters are there to lift the team, but the team also has to lift the supporters.

As delusional as it is, there were supporters as late as yesterday proclaiming 4th was still on. Putting all their hope in our team. The sad truth is in the last month the team hasn't been in the trenches with us.

I'll never stop supporting this club, never, but today it feels like the team wasn't supporting back.

No point fighting battles you can't win Nat. I have been wishing that the PL form would turn around because I think that is what the owners will be watching more than any other factor, quite simply because the CL is the way back to financial success in various forms, prize money, sponsorship, merchandise sales etc. The fact that we have garnered 8 points from 33 since the beginning of the year is really unacceptable and there is no indication that it is going to turn around. If it doesn't turn around and we end up mid table or worse I think it is unlikely they will be giving any more funds to Dalglish and Comolli. Then where does that leave us as a club.

The team played awful today. Steven Gerrard was like a bad Sunday league player. Suarez was constantly waving imaginary cards and giving the ball away. Reina must have some kind of mafia threat on his family. It was a terrble performance. Personally, I would be ruthless with some of our players so I would have to agree with you to some degree.
