OP goes a bit far but we do need a small clearout and some real quality brought in.
I would move on Maxi and Kuyt because of their age, and we should also get money for Aquilani and Cole. Apart from that I think I would keep everyone else.
And the 3 Positions that we need improving is common knowledge really. A quality Centre Mid, Right Sided Player and Striker.
goalie - reina, doni
left back - enrique, robinson
right back - johnson, kelly, flanners
cb - skrtle, agger, coatez, kelly (carra 5th choice)
right wing - (new signing), johnson (please give him a chance there like valencia at united!)
left wing - downing, new siging, maxi
defensive mid - lucas, new signing (then spearing as last resort)
attacking mid - gerrad, henderson, shelvey
strike - bellamy, suarez, carroll (new signing)
rest can all go if they want.
Absolute crap!!!!
i havent said Gerrard for backup u t1t.
But he clearly not going to be fit to play many games.
Didnt even mean carroll for first choice - but its not just down to him for his poor goal return is it?
Instead of picking holes in my post cant you simply agree with the general jist of it or not - instead of being an ass ?
Had to have a lol at this post, bellamy a cripple ?, im guessing you didnt a say this when he was scoring important goals this season (one against city) deluded you my friend, think we need new signings some real talent but not overhaul the squad 6 signings for first team is not the answer, obv players need to gel within a team, carrol i feel sorry for the poor lad is trying his hardest but just cant seem to find his feet, crouch took 15 to score and then couldnt stop scoring, andy is a young lad dont forget just give him a chance, henderson imo is a waste of money but other peeps thinks he is good and i suppose he is one to watch for the future, i dont like people saying support ure local team , if it wasnt for kopites all over the country and the world the money side of liverpool would be like vauxhall motors, shirt sales, gate receipts, liverpool memrobilia from fans is pumped into liverpool so lets not forget that, id like to see the youngters have a go, ive watched a few reserve games this season and we have some proper talent, im a massive fan of coates anyway and his goal against rangers was top class, but likes of suso, eccleston, sterling, toni silva, Adorjan just a few names that have looked lively this season.
On a final note is it true that tickets for semi final or £200+ ?.
Massive lol!
not sure what ** getting at pal? explain.
and why is everyone getting on my back?
i express that i dont think enriques is as good as i thought he was to start with - *** have a go.
Ive openly question reina's ability for the first time (but ive been bottling it up all season)
Ive opnely expressed Charlie Adam is pretty bilge to say the least - im getting stick for it - what you think he is good enough for lfc? Come on.
And give me a break with the idiot/moron jibes.
If i cant rant on here who else can i rant to. the wife doesnt want to know.
i havent posted for a while - in fact im more of a reader than a poster to be honest.
After this reaction which most of it is uncalled for and getting offensive towards me - i dont think i will be posting much else.
Sad really. Now i ll have no one to talk to about our club.
Good to know my fellow fans can be nasty barstewards!!
you have gone about it the wrong way pal, rant and rave all you want on here but be constructive or even make it worth reading instead of using insulting terms for players,
read it back and see if you could have said what you said in a better fashion instead of look at me syndrome...
Another thread where the OP is a WUM and will never return to these boards
might i also add that the style of football we play ie breakneck pace - while nice to see us attacking and being direct - i dont think we have the right combination of players for it.
(see how i refrained from saying they are not good enough)
But ill probably get called an idiot or moron or something worse for saying this too.
wrong. ive supported lfc all my life - im in my thirties.
lfc is a major major part of my life.
when we lose it ruins my week.
i wish it didnt affect me so but it does- and its something i have to live with - being lfc fan these days is not easy.
maybe growing up thru the glory years has spoiled me a little.
