Our next manager? He's sure done a good job with no budget at Newcastle..may fit the Moneyball philosophy better than Rafa.

no.
I'd prefer George Burley.
For ****'s sake.
No.
Roy Hodgson mark II
No thanks, the club already tried going down that route with Hodgson and it just didn't work. Not necessarily saying that Pardew would be as bad as he was but the point still stands.

Whilst it's a daft suggestion from the OP, the comparisons to Roy are well off the mark, imo.
What do they have in common?
Pardew is positive, attacking, good with the press, relatively young.
He did, however, prefer Mullins and Harewood to Tevez and Mascherano.
Stop trolling. That Muamba thread you posted was a disgrace. Grow up and get a life.
Pardew deserves credit for Newcastle's run. So do we. Our 35 mil went a long way for them to get two top strikers and other good players. But, one good season by a team does not prove the manager is top class. Let him get into the top four and do it again next year and maybe then he'll have proven he has upped his game.
Now, now....relax boys....it was just an idea.
Is all this really worth £5 a month...
I think Pardew will be linked with the club if Kenny goes... Like it or not
Those people who think he is beneath a club like LFC... I don't think he would do any worse than Dalglish as done
Look at his signings for Newcastle, and the money those signings cost. Compare that to the money Dalglish has spent, and what players he's brought in
I'm not convinced Pardew is the man for the job, but I feel people are entitled to give their opinion, without being shouted down
People who think we could go for the calibre of a Mourinho, forget it! We are not a CL side any more. We've brought in a legend who knows the club... And he isn't doing too well at this point is he?
Pray for Simba.
I said in another thread... What if Kenny were given another summer to bring in his own players, and they have the same impact as this seasons signings? If then, Dalglish leaves the club in October, leaving the new man to come in, and then he will have to work with another managers players
If a new man comes in... It has to be in the off season... To let him bring in his own players, and put his own philosophy on the team.
See:
Owen Coyle
Alex McCleish
Martin O'Neil
Mick McCarthy is available....
just saying...
