Wish I was, I want 3D tv so bad, but I'm holding out a little longer yet, not been totally convinced by the ones I've seen in shops, I'm hopeful they will will get better in time, next TV I buy I want for about 5years at least.

Solution found here, get out tomorrow and get your little'un a 3D TV for her 1st birthday, then bin all the other plans! The little one will remember the TV as much as the party, but at least you'll enjoy it more!

Took her long enough to realise the difference between SD and HD, even now I can get home from work and she'll be watching Corrie on normal ITV, I'm like wtf, its ok babe I only pay an extra £10 a month for the HD service.
