Please see my post above about refreshing. This may help until we can get a solution in place.

    Hi Bilsland.

I used the Report function to give you more details as I was unable to post.

Following this, I am now able to post again. Very strange.

I'm moving this to feeback forum so that it can be seen by the technical staff. Thanks for highlighting this everyone.
Will leave this in FD for a few more minutes so you know where it will be going.

    It's awful right now.

You type a reply out, try to post it and it takes you to the Account page. It even did that with THIS post!

We are aware of the ongoing issues and Matt and the tech team have posted extensively on the problems in our feedback section. I suggest that posters use the existing threads in feedback rather than starting new threads in the FD section.

    A further report by.....

    HeyMacaReina .

The problem that is being experienced is that frequently, when attempting to post, a user is referred to their Account settings page. This is intermittent and happens on all browsers. I am lucky if I can post once in every fifty attempts (some may say that's a good thing though).

When this occurs, the New Post button disappears from the bottom of the screen also.

I was able to post in the match thread once last evening and I was trying throughout the match. I have been able to make several posts so far today but now, once again, I am unable to as it keeps directing me to the Account page again.

A more detailed decscription can be found in the Website Feedback forum as it has been reported/discussed in there previously. It was explained that this was initially caused by a re-index of the Search facility (although technically that makes little sense to me) and should have been resolved when that completed. Unfortunately, it is occurring with more frequency than previous so I think the issue may be elsewhere.

May I suggest that the most popular forum gets fixed, then we wouldn't have these problems?

I'm not sure you quite recognise how frustrating it is that after years of quality service, we can't even post half the time now.

    Step back for a second.

Think about it for a few seconds.

Now ask yourself this. What is the point in endless numbers of duplicate threads on the same subject and then whats the point of starting duplicate threads in different sections of the forums.

If posters looked at the feedback section they would see its being worked on and it would be much more helpful if everyone gave as much detail as possible as to how the issue arises for them, what steps they took at what point it failed, what browser they are using etc, rather than shouting and screaming that it doesnt work.

Posters (Mods included) have to help the tech team identify these issues and help them narrow down where exactly the issues arise. Imagine sitting there looking through millions of lines of code, and thousands of error messages, the longer you look at code the harder it is to see the errors.

I know how frustrating is by the way, I am experiencing the same issues, but in situations like this people need to pull together and help identify the errors and otherwise we are just going to go around in circles and frustration will just grow and we'll end up getting even more annoyed.

Its far from ideal and I'd go as far as to say its doing my head in and it should not be an issue and all these bugs should have been sorted before launch, but that being said this is the situation we are all in and I think the best thing to do is to not let frustration build and for all of us to help identify the issues as best as we can, hand the info to Matt and the Tech guys and hope that with the examples we give coupled with their own error logs they can sort out the issues once and for all.

Since using the report post function earlier (to reply to Bilsland), the forums have been working perfectly for me ever since. May be just a coincidence but, from past experience, I thought it may be worth mentioing.

It seems to be an intermittent error and not a static one.

Yesterday and last week I was getting some funky errors but today everything is working perfectly.

    Really annoying.
