Just wondering what that infraction was for, as it's private?
It was a warning for an insult in reacting to another poster's insult. Just to let you know not to rise to it really. It isn't worth the trouble. Sorry, should have explained it better.
It isn't a formal infraction and doesn't count up against you.
What do you mean by private though?

It just says private on my user control panel so it won't let me see the post it was given too.

As an aside, as much as I agree with you, it breaks the T&Cs to do what you did. Any insults will not be tolerated and in rising to it, it may result in one of us having to punish you as well which shouldn't need to be the case in the first place.
That's fair enough, although to be fair I did initially report a certain post but nothing seemed to come of it at the time.

I just checked, and I think you reported the poster in question twice and it was acted upon both times not long after.
The next time it happens, do the same i.e. report it, but even if it takes some time before we act upon it, don't continue with the poster for the same reasons as I've mentioned above.
Question answered so I'll close this now, though I'm tempted to leave it open in case anyone else has more questions for me in future
