and is it ok to use them everyday? i tend to use it everyday after a workout at the gym.

Ignoring the obvious one being dry heat the other being wet heat a sauna will make you sweat but a steam room opens your pores and you dont sweat as much. So it would probably be best to have a steam room then the sauna. Not sure about using them everyday. Cant imagine it's the best thing to do but if your looking to lose weight it would certainly help.
In which case you might be best using the steam room then. Great for your skin.
