When I think about how much I used to love football and how nowdays I don't love it so much, the things I would change are:

Liverpool to have the best players
Liverpool to have the best manager
Liverpool to win the league most seasons
Liverpool to win Champions league more often
United to struggle to win anything at all

That takes me back to my early years - it really was like that and I loved it.

Do think it could have something to do with the kick-off times now!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Not to sure about banning live tv but i totally agree with a 3 o clock kick off for all games on a saturday,i would love to see league games just on a saturday and midweek for champions league and europa games same for international games.
Sin bin for fouls or diving and the like.
Either a penalty or a card not both.

A few ideas to help the English national team......and British football in general

1 A larger chunk of the three billion just made by the premier league goes into the grass roots. into the schools ..more coaches.. more football pitches..getting more kids playing football
2 Three foreign players per club and no more
3 A wage cap
4 A winter break
5 Less games 32 a season not 38 top clubs that are in champions league dont play in league cup

They should let players celebrate how they want. Half the fun of scoring is the celebration, why should it be contained? If the player scores a meaningful goal and decides to take his shirt off and celebrate with the fans, why stop him? Don't see people getting booked for taking their shirts off on the beach.

I must admit I only watch football if Liverpool or England are involved. But will also watch team like Brazil at their best or the modern Spain who are always attacking with real intent to score. Otherwise I really don't find most football matches that exciting.

So for me it would be a chnage in rules that has more teams playing attacking football rather than organisational changes. Maybe in addition to the normal 3 points for a win something like extra points for scoring more goals over a certain threshold, whether lose or win. Maybe even increase number of points for a win.

I once played a match in Barbados with some locals and they included points for corners. Obviously very strange to us but it was meant to encourage attacking fotball.

i.e. number of shots on target, corners, possession, fouls etc etc..
