    On the SSN transfer clockwatch..

If true, do you think this would be a good signing?

He's a neat little central midfielder. His best position is as a defensive/holding midfielder so I can only assume he will be quality cover for Lucas.

Where that would leave Jay Spearing, I don't know.

    This is a good read...

Hopefully we can leave him at Tranmere Rovers

Nothing more than 5m for me. I can only see him as being cover for Lucas as he's a defensive midfielder.

Allen has the potential to become as good as Denisov. I wouldn't compare Moussa Dembele with Denisov, totally different position and strenghts. Denisov would be good cover and would add competition for the DM spot.

he looked like the only good russian at the euros with lots of possible quality but i can only see 20m on him and 20m on him i think will be to much so go and get dempsey and dembele for 25m

Why spend 20 million on a 28 year old when we could spend 8/10 million on 22 year old Joe Allen and get 10 good years potentially from him

allen and denisov are different players allen is the link between defence and attackers... denisov is a ball stopper a man who plays behind allen.
