    Hull City v Liverpool
    Barclays Premier League
    Sunday December 1st. KO:14:05
    KC Stadium, Kingston upon Hull

    LIVE ON SKY SPORTS 1

Liverpool's next Premier League fixture is a trip to the beautiful city of Hull on Sunday to face Steve Bruce's side.

The man with the big fat head has been in charge at Hull since June 2012 and won them promotion from the Championship in his first season.

They have made a decent start to life back in the Premier League and sit in 13th place with 14 points from 12 games.

Brendan Rodgers appears to have no new injury problems ahead of this match so the question is will he make changes after the 3-3 v Everton.

The last meeting between the two clubs was on the final day of the 2010 season, the game, which was Rafa Benitez' last one in charge of Liverpool, ended 0-0.

Games against top clubs and rivals can always go either way. Fair result against Everton considering we were 3-2 down with a couple of minutes to go.

However, this is a must win. We play Hull, Norwich and West Ham before our nightmare away run in late December. Very important that we get 9 points from these 3.

The only change I see is Sturridge on for Allen.

When did they play those extra games?

Mignolet, Flanagan, Coutinho, Suarez, Sturridge. The rest needs a shake up. Unfortunately, we have no alternatives in midfield.

    Mignolet

    Kelly - Toure - Sakho - Flanagan

    Henderson

    Allen - Alberto

    Coutinho

    Sturridge - Suarez

Obviously, that's not gonna happen, but it should.

Massive 3 points available here considering Spurs/Utd will be cancelling each other out.

Two people have put Toure Sakho as the two centre backs?

    Really? Brendan will change both?

No its just wishful thinking I guess.

Me and you had a chat about Sakho and would he be omitted for the Everton game… which he was, despite being a rock for France midweek.

I really hope there's some higher thinking here from Rodgers side.

    Expecting us to win comfortably.

Hope we win it without conceding any goals. I'm not very happy with our defence so far this season. The only positive from it is that we are scoring plenty goals, but still, would like to see us go on a few-games shutout.

    A 1-0 win or a 5-2?

    1-0

Although I would like to see a few goals scored from us, I would rather take a 1-0 than a 5-2. and maybe the same for the next few games.

Would just be nice to get encouragement and confidence from a few shutouts!

I think with the style we play we leave ourselves very open. I think we have conceded the most shots in the league. It would be really nice to get a clean sheet. I expect it in this game and a few goals. 3-0 with some different goalscorers.

We should destroy them but i hope we dont go into the game thinking we have already won. Lots of goals and a clean sheet to take us into the next game. 9 points from next 3 games is vital before the xmas period.

Just Skrtel diong so well I suppose. If there's a trend that continues, like last season, with the current partnership then I think we'll see Sakho replace Skrtel. Same view as I had when we had that chat.

Brendan just doesnt like dropping players who are doing well.

    Mignolet
    Johnson Toure Sakho Flanagan
    Lucas
    Gerrard Allen
    Coutinho
    Suarez Sturridge

I don't want to see Coutinho out wide, much better centrally with freedom. He'll make a mockery of the poor sides in that role.

    Suarez/Sturridge partnership to return.

Allen needs a few games, he needs to regain confidence and the next few are very winnable.

Would drop Gerrard myself, for Hendo, but its absolutely no chance of happening. Unfortunately.

Flanno deserves to carry on at LB.

Toure/Sakho need a few games together to develop a good partnership. At the very least id like to see Skrtel/Sakho.

Shocked to see some people suggest Allen, his career here is over IMO.

    Mignolet
    Kelly Sakho Agger Flanagan
    Lucas Gerrard
    Coutinho
    Henderson Sturridge Suarez

    That's who I'd play.

    Johnson needs to be dropped
Skrtel and Agger doesn't seem to work
    Flanagan deserves his place

    ------------------------Mignolet
    -----Flanagan-----Ilori-----Agger-----Johnson
    ----------Gerrard-----Allen-----Henderson
    ----------Sterling-----Moses-----Coutinho

Subs: Jones, Kelly, Sakho, Lucas, Luis Alberto, Ibe, Suarez
    =============================================
It's a risky line up but only three changes. I think Suarez and Sturridge could perhaps do with not starting this match (both were lacking fitness after the international break), Moses is a striker of sorts and I'd like to see him play, thought he was unfairly singled out against Newcastle (a bit like Shelvey against Stoke last year) and as a result has been dropped and restricted to short sub appearances, Sterling likewise has only started 2 games this season and I for one would see this game as ideal for giving them a chance to impress. Would also like to see Ilori make his debut for this game, I know he's 'one for the future' but that doesn't mean he has to play out the whole season in the reserves (mainly because he cost 7m which is a lot for a reserve player), he was playing regularly for Sporting so is clearly capable of coming in for this game. Would also like to see Kelly and Alberto to come on quite early in the 2nd half for them to get some game time as well.

This game, and the next two that follow (Norwich and West Ham) should be victories, and victories by a good goal margin. Should be 10 points from 4 (including the Everton game) by the time we face Spuds.

Perhaps swap Glen to LB and Flanno at RB? Sometimes Glen wakes up when played at LB. Sometimes this season he has played like he is in a coma, a terrible performance on the weekend.

if you all cant see that Gerrard is just bored being back there all the time ,you are blind ; its all good with the deep lying playmaker thing but i think he wants to be up there shooting at the goal and to be honest i dont blame him he has better finishing and composure than Henderson and allen combined but they always get the advanced midfielder role , who would you rather have supporting the play and do you really feel gerrard can defend ,let henderson/allen defend ,they are all about energy/running which is pretty useful but not in delivering the end product
