All good my end mate, thanks for asking.

Looking to change my work pattern so I get to spend every Wednesday with my daughter rather than her going to nursery on that day.

Have a feeling they won’t agree it though as agile working is generally supported corporately but not so much locally!

    How’s you and your family?

good to hear mate, not too familiar with flexible working as they never had that when mine were young !

My meds are making me feel really tired but I lay awake all night last night. ..nothing new as my sleep has been poor for years...due to talk to doc and work tomorrow, should be fun..not sure what happens next regarding both.

Yeah ? Is this your mentor ?

Lots of different things can help if you have the enthusiasm to get well, which sounds daft but you know what I mean.

Exercise can be a great way of de-stressing and improving your mood. Cutting out junk food can also help. It can be hard to find the motivation though. Perhaps try to set yourself some very achievable daily goals

Indeed, knowing something will help you and actually doing it are two very different things;sometimes just stepping outside is an achievement.

Please don't, from what I have read that posted is a crank.

Low in empathy, take nothing from them, they are in the minority here.

Yea just try to make them very easy goals. When you're depressed even boiling a kettle can seem ridiculously hard. Perhaps I should say boiling water in a kettle lol.

Be careful with work, don’t return until you feel ready - where they supportive in the end?

Moods and motivation are difficult ones, even 2 years on I struggle sometimes especially as the season changes
