    Doom on the PC.

Don't tend to play games much these days but of the recent ones the Fallout and Mass Effect games have been real stand outs.

Remember it well used to love a similar game in the arcades when i was a kid - Dinosaurs and Cadillacs, very similar to Streets of Rage except with Dinosaurs..... and Cadillacs ..... and guns.

Streets of Rage 1 2 and 3. Beast games.

I always went Axel and smashed heads in.

I had them on the SEGA Megadrive. Streets of Rage 1 was in-built into this cartridge which had like 30 games on it. Sonic, Streets of Rage, Formula GP, Shinobi, Columns, and others.

So are people just naming their favourite games?

If so, I loved the Hitman series.

    Those were the days!!

GRASSAPAAA!! or whatever Axel shouted before you owned a bad guy

Blowing into the cartridge before you played it so it would work!!

My SEGA Megadrive lasted 11 years. My Xbox 360 lasted 3 months and both my PS3 and PS4 lasted a year before they went ping.

Broken Sword was awesome...great to chill out with when you were way too stoned to make Lara leap across chasms or avoid zombie attacks in Resi Evil.

Torn between several, so I'll do top threes by console

    Spectrum : 1) Rebelstar (2 & 1), 2) Starquake, 3) International Cricket
    Megadrive : 1) Chaos Engine, 2) Premier Manager 97, 3) Space Invaders 90
    PS1 : 1) Cricket Captain 2000, 2) ISS Pro Evolution, 3) Brian Lara Cricket
    PS2 : 1) Championship Manager 2006 2) , PES 2 (as it has the developing kids), 3) Championship Manager 2007
PC : 1) Football Manager (can't remember which version), 2) Bridge and Crib on some card games compilation I had, 3) Championship Manager 2006
Arcade emulator* : 1) Soccer Brawl (NEO GEO), 2) Tecmo World Cup 90, 3) ?? could be any of 1941, other footy games etc
Xbox360 : 1) Championship Manager 2006, 2) Buffy of some extended name, 3) can't think of any more that stand out

Don't play games so much on the PC other than via emulators - can't remember the emulator name, drawing a blank on names even of games I play reasonably often including last night!

If you need a single one game then it appears on two consoles and PC

I remember playing that game just shooting everyone with a taser on the first mission over and over again. I would literally do it then just turn my playstation off and do it again

Bring back the old 5-a-sides they used to show on TV, back in the days when Molby was our Danish god
