Can you replace Leicester with Everton ?

The obvious top 7 , plus means 3 more points for us.
    Thanks in advance .
    No.

It would be ridiculous to change it now.

I went with Leicester, it was clearly a mistake, but I'm sticking with it.

Anyway, we've won the league, so what's the difference?

Wouldn't it make more sense not to have Leicester in this table?

    Probably.

I can assure you they won't be in it next season.

interesting how that table worked out, 3 pairs. bit of a surprise to see united ahead of city, think that might change next season.

That's a really poor showing from Cuty and Pep. I'll give him a break though given that it's his first season in the league. From now on though he has no excuses.

i hate the phrase no excuses, its lazy tbh and i think it was pretty stupid of those that blindly backed city for the title just because it was pep, was quite obvious there would be a struggle. i think city will likely struggle again next season but not quite as bad, but surely you can see how its starting to take shape, that is one really dangerous forward line.

Well I said the same. I didn't blindly back them cuz it was Pep and predicted them for third which is exactly where they'll finish.

And no, 'no excuses' is fair for next season. I can't honestly think of one excuse he'll have not to challenge for the title from now on.

didn't mean you, but plenty did.

he still has a defence and midfield to sort out. if anyone looks at thier squad there are so many hangers on and a massive clear out is needed, its quite telling that they still rely on players mainly bought during mancini's time at the club, how many years ago was that... will they be challenging as such, sure, just not good enough imo to win a title, yet...

the two hard ones imo to call will be united and spuds until we see who they buy.

Yeah, the defence is a big issue including the keeper. Rest of the squad looks good tho apart from another midfielder. They might not win it but surely he can't do any worse than this season with the resources he has. If it's the same, he'll be under pressure and rightly so.

I got United completely wrong which I'm delighted about. I'm still secretly hoping Moaninho has ******* it and is no longer a manager who can challenge for the league but given their resources I honesty wouldn't be surprised to see them up there. Spurs are Spurs. Can't see them winning it, especially now at Wembley.

Would you guys/gals rather Arsenal finish in 4th or Man City?

Which club would be more negatively affected by missing out on CL football?

agree, think they will most certainly do better next season and already looking forward to our tussle, going to be epic.

yeah spuds are spuds. united.. they have some of the players to be very dangerous, but not a manager that likes to play that way and i feel that if they do get a new striker rashford could again be placed on the wings, stupid move from a so called world class manager.

arsenal would imo as they rely on it far too much to pay the bills, city on the other hand have really worked on the business side of things - they have a very, very long term plan on the go which seems to cover a number of leagues across the world..

arsenal i think if they miss out on top four could well end up in a mini-spiral and if wenger goes it will hurt them very badly indeed. look what happened to us, united, forrest once a dynasty came to an end.

    3 Tottenham 12 5 4 3 20 12 +8 19
    4 Man.Utd 12 4 4 4 14 13 +1 16
    5 Arsenal 12 3 4 5 16 18 -2 13
    6 Man.City 12 3 4 5 15 20 -5 13
    7 Leicester 12 2 2 8 12 30 -18 8

And so the mini-league comes to an end.

Chelsea scored the most, Spurs conceded the least.

The top 3 all had the same +8 goal difference.

Chelsea had the most wins, Liverpool the least losses.

But the only stat that really matters...

    Liverpool are Champions!!!

And Utd think winning the EL and the EFL Cup makes a good season.
