Did the one I linked, think I'd done it before and was a bit apathetic towards it and hardly bothered.

Also watched this last night, but was worse than I was expecting.

Joker was awful, they made it all seem a little cartoonish and Will Smith was Will Smith, with his numerous little smart arse one liners. That Enchantress angle was ridiculously bad, and the film had some real cheesy bad moments, like the Diablo guy spelling 'BYE' out of fire. What an awful character he was, by the way Thug Life tattoo, all the stereotypical latino gangbanger talk.

The whole film was just terrible from start to finish, apart from Margot Robbie looking unbelievable. A solid 1/10.

For all its many flaws I still thought it was a 4-5/10.

Not quite as good as the original but still an entertaining movie for all ages.

It sounds like a character from another sort of movie altogether.

I had to check if there was a porn parody for EfNY (a quick check indicates no), I'm surprised no one has thought of it before, it would be a cinch.

Apparently they used his gun in the last episode of the walking dead

the film gets merged with the poor resident evil films in my mind - weird

Parodies have the best names - i esp like 'inspect-her gadget' or 'das booty' never actually watched them though.

I agree re points on the Joker, that did spoil what was otherwise a good film in the main. Not sure having Will Smith in it did it any favours, and they didn't need to focus so much on Robbie in her hotpants!

Would still give the film a 5 or a 6, mainly knocking points off for the pretty terrible ending against an enemy in (make believe) reality would have had no problem wiping them out with a snap of the fingers. Does help to not have the bad guy/gal quite so invincible right up until you want him/her vincible.

I need to rewatch this, Guardians of the Dairy Milk 1 and 2, see which I think comes out best, worst, in the middle. I think the choccy bar movie just has more face value appeal, cute animal as one of the characters, in trend retro music even though the film had less flaws but still wasn't entirely flawless. Beginning to wonder if Hollywood has lost the art of film endings

It was terrible! At one point he had to play basketball to save his life, a few minutes later he's surfing on a tidal wave in the city with beach boys sounding music playing.

    Star Trek Into Darkness:6/10
The highlight for me was the Chekov character who sounded like he's spent a fair bit of time in Rhyl.

    Hacksaw Ridge

Good watch, incredible he saved so many & never fired a single shot, ......its just a shame that remarkable man's story was used by Mel Gibson to peddle his God agenda...again

    Give it a 6

Also watched Alien Covenant on Friday.......oh dear...what a waste of a concept & just got too daft too quickly & one of the weakest of the whole lot. Alien/Aliens still the peak films

They should really have left the Alien stuff alone after the second film.

Ridley Scott says that there are three or four 'Alien' films to come, which will bring the whole saga up the timeline to the first 'Alien' film.

He's said that one of these will fit between 'Prometheus' and 'Covenant.' To which I remarků 'eh????'

Sounds like a not very good rehash of the first film.

if theres a story to be told then simply tell the story regardless of how many films. im getting the distinct impression that the story is just being over thought and stretched. the alien franchise was done after aliens imo as it veered wildly after that.
