Have anyone seen this lad play?
Is he something special? There seems too be quite a lot of hype around him!

He needs to start spending money and fast. He also has a good chance based on Clinton and trump to get the none of the above vote

He's a half decent lad who came to us from Chelsea.
Playing in the u18's ahead of schedule as you'd expect for a young hopeful.
Expectation and pressure is immense on these kids though.......

For people who watches the u23s, how has Rhian coped with the step up to the u23s?

That's very promising indeed! do you reckon we'll see him in the first team next season?

    I wouldn't say so.

Perhaps making the squad if we had injuries or an League cup squad.

    He's developing nicely though.

    Easy.

I hadnt seen him for the U18s, and when he came to the U23s i thought he was just another pacey player who will get overhyped because hes often the fastest man on the pitch. However, that assessment has proven to be incredibly unfair. His movement is intelligent and his decision making also is quite impressive for a lad his age.

Today there were several moments where youd have expected him to pull the trigger, and he would be within his rights, but instead he'd spot a pass. His reverse for Wilsons goal was clever.

Id be interested to see how he copes against more burly defenders than he will experience in the PL2.

    That shows our squad depth!

It has to be one of the youngest benches in PL history.

Let's be honest, it's an embarrassing bench for a club with our prestige.

Either way, hopeful we do the business today.

Good luck to Rhian and the 17's.

Since the introduction of the EPPP I've been impressed with the coaching and standard of the young English players. Spain will be a tough test.

england take a 2-1 lead and i don't think they really deserve it. such a talent in brewster and not being used at all - so archaic in how we play, again.

Thought England started brightly actually. Showed they had more pace and power (aside from the Spanish winger, Torres, who is rapid). But after the goal, rather than play on they chose to try and sit. But their passing is poor and it was always going to let Spain back in.

Since then I think Spain have played with a maturity beyond their years. The patience in their build up. The way they change the pace of the game with the ball as opposed to the player. Their future is bright.

You look at Spains run to this final too...

aye, too many long balls over the top, no control in midfield and the pace of brewster totally ignored, a shame really. can't see many of this team moving up to the U19s tbh. thought the spain goal was class.

I thought the lad playing LCB looked ok. Positioning was decent. Read the game well but his passing was terrible.

The Spain goal was very nice.

Last minute goal for Spain. Hopeless from the keeper.
