    Big weekend this one.

I'll be hoping for either a draw or City win in the manc derby.

Yeah a draw would be the ideal outcome for sure. I don't know why a manure win would bother me but it would. Maureen has them winning again and I don't want that to last.

Man city have it easy after the Derby

    Intesersting games after

    Spurs arsenal
    Arsenal Manu
    Spurs Manu
    Arsenal Everton

Both arsenal and Manu away to Southampton as well, if spurs don't win these games if we win ours then they also drop into the scrap

We did ourselves a huge favour with our results against the top teams.

Going by how Klopp started us this season and then being knocked out of everything and having 1 game a week for last couple of months of the league (and our run in) then I think it will be a massive failure if we don't get CL. I know we worked into that position, but people here (as usual) were on about league titles etc. in November. I think we must get into the CL just so we can attract the players we NEED, so Klopp can really build a top squad.

The Mancs need to lose sometime soon, hate them being on this 'undefeated' run, it only builds confidence

With the news that Ibrahimovic will miss the rest of the season, our chances have improved quite a lot.

    True

They have lost a hell of a lot of firepower right there.

There is no point being on an unbeaten run in the league when you've drawn 10 of those 22 games. It becomes relevant if you've won 16 or 17 of those 22 games. Certainly not 12.

I am more pleased with the situation they will have to "overplay" Bailly and Blind as their only central defenders tbh.

They play far better football without him.

What The............. rather have 10 draws than 10 losses - confidence and momentum are easier to pick than players hiding coz their confidence is shot.....
I would take 22 undefeated than kangarooing along with good match, bad match

Would of helped us in Jan/Feb

Another great insight there. I'll go one better and say I'd rather have 10 wins than 10 draws. Genius.

So reading between the lines, what you're saying is you think Utd have more chance of finishing in the top 4 than us then?

No - but there is no need to knock 22 unbeaten its an achievement at this level - when we can beat Chelsea and Arsenal yet lose to Swansea and Hull in this league, going 22 is good....

Oh I agree 22 unbeaten is quite the achievement, but I think his point was that it's more of an achievement to go 22 unbeaten and still only be 5th.

Being 6th for 6 months despite being unbeaten for 22 games and spending 165 million in the summer is a remarkable achievement. What's more remarkable is that Southampton have scored more goals in the league than you.

Not as remarkable as 37 being more than 48.

But almost half of their league goals came from him, I don't think style over substance is better.

Any sustained win, loss, win, loss sequence is surly better than any similar length draw, draw, draw, draw one in the league

But the argument would be that they would (hypothetically) score more goals as a team without Ibra.

Slim because we keep on throwing it away. There it was me honestly believing we could go on an unbeatable run, just to lose at home against Palace.

We need a draw in the Manc Derby and we need Spurs to do us a favour in at the Lane.

IF Manure finish 4th and us 5th, do we get CL football if they win the UEFA cup?
Wouldn't be able to stomach supporting them in a a final.
