Jordan Ibe and Christian Benteke aren't continuously unavailable, they're just ****.

Besides the injuries, Klopp has shown he has little interest in DS, so he was off anyway.

Our luck sucks. If it's not one thing it's your mother. Garlic bread. Cake of cheese.

Who's going to spend 30M on a player that's rarely fit?

I don't really blame Klopp. He, like every good manager believes steadfastly in their philosophies. Even in today's press conference he made mention of the distance the team ran against Leicester and that's the way he wants the team to play.

It's difficult to get injured on the bench.

Well that's not his fault. He's still made quite a number of appearances though. I'd say someone will defs bid big for him. Probably West Ham.

He made a very sad post on social media I saw on the BBC gossip pages. Feel very sorry for him on a human level.

Yes - it is sad - but he should officially retire himself now. He's not coming back, his career is over... but hang on... he's getting paid...

What is the point of running all that distance only to get thrashed?

I'd like to see a change in tactics - other teams do it very successfully against us.

Be lucky to get 10m for him unfortunately but it will free up his massive wages for a high profile signing hopefully.

Running around covering so much distance from the start of the season has only served to wear out the players!!!! Firmino's knackered and lost that extra yard....that's why he's currently not as effective!!!!

I wonder if he'll be replaced with a top class striker, or will we make do with Danny Ings.

Is this the most used thread title ever? No point in closing the thread, just leave it open 'til the next one.

Weird that, we turned down at least 2 offers for him in January.

I have always believed the man is over rated and Steve G and Suarez made him to look good. It is beyond any laws of physics to have so many injuries in one season let alone picking up any old virus that comes long for good measures. I would do the same for a 140K a week . Sell the man NOW.

    Utter *****.

He has the best goals/games ratio in the history of the club and you think he's over rated ?

I'm pretty sure, jokes aside and I've made them too, that he doesn't want to be injured, that he hates not playing and hates being injured.

I actually agree we should sell him, not now though there's no window you donut
    dont look back in anger.

2 consecutive season ending injuries in the first third of those seasons...he should be the first one sold for whatever the arbitration amount was.

Yeah, must be a bummer earning millions a year by sitting on a bench and then going home to a supermodel in a mansion containing a **** load of whatever he wants.

I think a club would be mad to pay 30 million - what's his record, has he started more than 15 game only once in the last 3 seasons? Honestly think somewhere nearer 10 million is more realistic.

    Beans

Baked beans, his mansion is full of baked beans apparently, some in the tins, some just loose in draws and cupboards.

    Stinks

For all the money, his taste is staggeringly limited and stunted
