That's why our win against Burnley and the fact we showed our teeth and proved we actually have balls was important.

Talent prevails against the better sides, there is nothing wrong with the level of our talent. Talent wise we're a match for anybody. It's winning ugly and the inability to do so consistently that's been our downfall. Klopp was more impressed with our ugly approach against Burnley than he was when we destroyed Arsenal.

Hopefully next season we'll see a more balanced side to both. The ability to consistently win ugly, and the continued ability to destroy teams.

Does he really ? Maybe that's just to keep playing for The Wenger Wobblers ?

My calculator says that's nigh on 40mil over a 3 year contract. Sheeesh !

Maybe we'll just see how Woodburn developes

4 losses in last 5 PL games for Arsenal. Great stuff. And their 2 games in hand are no cake walks either.

Right, and he did. I don't really see why that was relevant.

If the result stays the same it gets us closer to match point in the race to the top four.
A win tomorrow gets us closer and closer. We're 6 points clear of Arsenal, and as of now they have 1 game in hand. A win tomorrow stretches the gap to 9 points. Fair enough they'll have toe games in hand, but it puts us box seat. It's in our hands. It's in our favour. We're not going to be the ones needing favours....Arsenal and Man United will be.

I still reckon that Man United will need Arsenal to draw or them to win their final game 10-0 to finish in the top 5.
    5 points.

Indeed. Perhaps a few training sessions on how not to give away free headers at corners might help us

Arsenal had 77% possession, hopefully this is a warning sign for Klopp for when we go there. That game just reminded me of our previous losses to Burnley, Hull and the likes. All the ball, did nothing with it and lost comfortabtly. These teams know how to counter us and Arsenal now, so I hope Klopp learns how to counter them.

Hope so! Matip and hopefully Lovren will take care of that! But they did cause us problems at Anfield at times.

Of course we do. But we'd have to convince him we actually can. Think Juve or PSG are his most likely destinations tbh. Wouldn't hurt to make a bid though, would be pretty amusing if we finished in the top 4 at the expense of Arsenal and made a 40m + 1 bid for him.

8 would be massive, and the pressure on Arsenal to make those games in hand count would be enormous. 6 would be good too, though.

Think Utd are the bigger threat at this stage tbh.

    Would anyone take Craig Dawson?

Delivers crosses we could only dream of doing, and constant threat at every set play.

Not sold on United either, to be honest. They're grinding out results, but I don't think they're too far off dropping some too. Not overly impressed with them. Hopefully Boro get a good reaction from sacking their manager tomorrow.

Even if we lose, 5 is still good. I'll take that too.

Could easily say the same about us though.
