    Chocolate sponge cake, coated in a vanilla-infused Italian meringue buttercream, with a milk chocolate ganache center and drizzle. All this topped with an assortment of fresh summer berries.

    Today we used xanthun gum in a couple of gluten free recipes for the first time.
    Very successful.
    Tasty veggie sausage rolls and vanilla cupcakes.

    Turned the leftover ganache and berries from the other day into a choco fondue, added a handful of banana slices and biscuit batons as a bonus. Its kinda delicious and addictive actually.
