After Utd buying him for a world record fee, was the fee appreciated?

After having a relatively successful Euros with France and season with Juve, did he live up to the hype and value put on him or was it all baseless after this one successful season and competition and he is overrated?

Or is he still adapting and will prove his class in the coming seasons? Is there genuine world (Messi, Suarez, Ronaldo, Bale, Neymar, etc.) class there in Mr. Pogba?

Didnt live up to expectations set by his record fee if it wasn't for that people would be raving about his potential

Poor first season based on the hype and fee they paid. Perhaps the pressure got to him a little which is understandable as he returned to a club who let him go just a few years ago.

    Poor first season no doubt.

Talent is clearly there but same could be said of many players without emoji's.

Poor first season but you don't just go from that good to bad overnight.

Think he'll come good next season.

The type of player that thrives in a good side...which Utd are not...at the moment.

Neither a top nor classy player. I'd say talented yes. Certainly not €100 million talented though.

The dabs handshakes or whatever they are called are worth the fee.

I especially enjoyed the dancing in the launch video

Paul Pogba is the brand name version of Danny Drinkwater.

He needs to get to Lampard or Gerrard levels for the 90mil to be of value.

That price tag will be talked about until he starts making a difference in terms of goals and assists week in, week out.

Never saw the hype when he was at Juve...still don't see it. Good player but not a world class one.

I wonder how much Gerrard in his prime would be worth now.

He was better coached before going to united, and i think he needs a manager that really likes him to succeed. I think he needs a lot of peeps aroundhim giving him hugs and celebrating him daily. Im sure he will get better, but i dont think he will be among the five best midfielders in the world at any time.
