    Laughable.

The corruption in football over here is rife and he is at the very heart of it.

If he can be a club owner in England, anyone can.

What is the test exactly? Do they ask them if they eat babies and then just take their word for it?

While the presumption of innocence is important, as long as there are pending charges, it would be prudent to wait to approve a potential owner as "fit and proper".

There is no way that guy will ever be proven guilty of anything. He has friends in high places and other people will take the fall. The situation in Greek football is ridiculous.

I know. He's a serious criminal. He's completely ruined Greek football, but that's just the tip of the iceberg.
