Stand by for the complaints that Everton bring back a cult hero and Man Utd spend 75 million on a player who was one of the top scorers last season, while we announce a signing we've already made who is crap as they've never seen him play.

Hope he succeeds and the promise shown in the summer international tournament is realised.

Not a complaint, but I would question that we need him. Whether you think Ings can do a job, or Woodburn/Wilson should be given a chance, even if it ends up being 3m, should this money have been re-directed to the wages of a more essential buy?

On the flip side with the current market prices the way they are, it is a good business investment that will likely double in price within 1-2yrs.

Either way, welcome to the club and good luck Dominic Solanke.

Hopefully he gets quite a bit of game time considering that was apparently why he left Chelsea.

think he may well get more chances here than chelsea. even the expensive buys get sidelined there. anyway, if he goes on tour he will see how big this club is compared to that small one he came from.

I'm sure if the club had wrapped up its main targets as in VVD and Keith they/he would have been a bit more welcoming.

Maybe, doesn't matter for me. They should welcome him anyway, Solanke or VVD shouldn't matter. They all deserve too get a nice welcome to the club.

Only a child would make that type of complaint and I would be surprised if any sensible adult took it serious.

Seems like a decent enough prospect. Welcome aboard!

I know a Chavs supporter I work with was very unhappy about losing Solanke, which makes me happy.

I've said it before and I'll say it again, this lad is our Aubemayang.

Welcome to LFC, may all your dreams come true here, if you get 5 mins take a walk around the trophy room...... There is a real European cup in there.... something you wouldn't have found at chelsea.

Looks a good young player and crucially looks to have the physique that could fast track him to first team level.

    Good luck to him.

Don't get the hate, he isn't being signed to play first team football but if he surprises everyone then great. Ffs.
