Yep, that's pretty much my feeling too.

I like the EURO/WC finals in summer, but the qualification processes just bore me to death and my only thought is about our guys not getting hurt.

Apart from the international break if AFCON is not moved like they are chatting about - we may loose keita, salah, mane in one go - scary thought - think the next one is in 2 years

I've had something more cynical on my mind for a day or two, how keen one member is to start threads about teams other than LFC........ (mac seems to do the match threads for LFC)

Like most people I don't like international breaks.. It is an apt name though.. Someone always comes back broken...

I'll be watching Germany take on Norway in Stuttgart though..really excited about that.. Would love to see Can in action..

Let's hope for injury free international break...

Who's going to come back injured then, Mane or Salah?. We always lose somebody.

Only care about games that involve our players and that only because i look to see if they score but most importantly none of them get injured

Not bothered about internationals during the season someone will come back knackered. Phil already has a bad back doesnt he. If he still here tomorrow id love to see what injury he got this time

Japan qualified for Russia with that result. Need them to take a strong team for next weeks game against Saudi Arabia. We need to beat Thailand by a good margin and hope Saudi Arabia don't beat Japan.

It's lousy when you have to depend on several others getting favourable results.

    Were Oz at full strength?

Pretty close to it. No Mooy, no Jedinak ( not really a big loss IMO ). Boss has gone with this stupid 3 at the back system for this part of the qualification. Its only netted two wins and only one actual good performance. Everyone seems a little perplexed as to what he is doing. Its strange.

We were not quite there… Reid and a couple of others missing… but then, we were at home to the Solomon Islands, for goodness' sake. Only once every few years they can put together a tasty team.
