Let's hope he's back for Sevilla away. We need some players(like ox) to stand up and take their chances.

Oh terrific, the international injury jinx strikes again, just as we're due to plays the Mancs as well.
That's just great, thank you God.

Wish Lallana was ready to come back.
He's being sent to a clinic in Qatar to continue his rehabilitation and is hoping to be back within the month so I read.

    Chamberlain should start then.

    --------Coutinho----Can----Hendo

    -Chamberlain-----Firmino----Salah

We are just cursed aren't we? If it's not coutinho, it's mane, always our most influential players, I am now dreading Saturday, absolutely dreading it. Just get ready to batten down the hatches.

Read a nice quote by Stan Collymore yesterday , in which he stated that Klopp should not be telling LFC fans to forget about the past and our trophy laden seasons .....but that Klopp himself should be looking at why the club was so successful throughout those years ......A GOOD DEFENCE .

Collymore states that you can go as far back as Yeats & Smith , through Hughes & Thompson , through Hansen & Lawrenson and others along the way .....as to why we won leagues & Cups galore .

He stated Jurgen should look at our history and learn from it .

Ah well. At least their 'tree-like' character with the flailing elbows is out injured.

I think our boys will really step up on Saturday and give them their biggest test so far.

I predict a narrow win for us in a high scoring game. 3-2 or 4-3. I'm dropping a few quid on both those score lines.

Otherwise as much as we don't like it, looks like it will have to be Ox
Will probably be Coutinho to play on the left, with Can, Wijnaldum and Henderson in midfield.

    ****, I hate Internationals.

Didn't I also read that Mane is/was due to travel in October/November for a replay of a postponed WC game?

    What a dismal prospect.

Though I must add that it would be a lovely thing indeed if he proved doubters wrong, and came on in the game like a champion.

    Yeah, Ron.

Not exactly thrilled by the prospect.

But still, we'd be happy to be proved wrong about Ox.

We haven't been wrong about much between us two.... like you said it would be nice for all to rip up trees and put us back at the top of the pile, but every game we have had passengers...

You're not wrong there. Nearly always there's someone in the choir singing flat.

I don't think Ron was targeting Mane directly… more like the players we've got rid of, and then we bring in an overpriced injury-prone bloke like Ox.

Seemed like he was, with the topic being Mane and the thread being about Mane. But then again I don't think there's much distinction between any of our players with Ron; they all fall under the same 'deadwood' category.

And when he's fit? How do you rate him? More deadwood? Flop? Cold indifference?

Good job Jurgen bought Salah and Ox instead of a defender. Everyone complaining about the Ox purchase and no defender. Ladies and Gents, Mr. J. Norbert Klopp is a psychic.

and when the inevitable time-off for Matip comes around? Plus, Lovren gets a cold at the same time? What did the cards say about that?
