Scotland given this a real good go...They've had their chances in both halves and undone by an offside looking goal.

Not much... the Greek opposition that lost 4-1 scored a header from a set piece... the bored blame Lovren.

Was he at fault, possibly. Does someone have to be at fault for the opposition to score a goal, possibly. Is there a defender that doesn't make mistakes, no.

Surely its time to lay off Lovren. At least until he has another horrendous game for LFC?

I have nothing personal against the guy, but he's past the point of no return. He shouldn't play for us again. And after the crap he's had to put up with from some fans recently, I'm not sure why he'd want to either.

Oh give it a rest. Just because he got* ‘death threats’, (which I find it utterly disgusting, don’t get me wrong), that doesn’t mean anything. I’ve not seen a defender so confident yet so terrible. Klopp turns horsepoo into an aubergine and it’s barely manageable.

Ok how about we all just start talking xxxx needlessly about the dude due to his defending in a game where his side slaughtered the opposition just because said opposition scored one little consolation goal from a set peice...

In fact, seeing as youíre so passionate about it, why donít you just start an online petition called ďLetís Needlessly Troll Lovren YNWAĒ...

Oh perhaps just have a coke and a smile and shut the xxxx up until the dude makes a costly error. Surely you wonít have to wait that long... or is that too much for you?

Iím not even a Lovren fan but pettiness is pathetic.

It's weird, Lovren had a good game against United, Lukaku never won a duel al game...went a bit unnoticed though...

Unfortunately he's been on the radar for well over a season and as a consequence of that any little mistake brings out the screaming banshees, the problem Lovren has is the mistakes against Spurs were just awful; then again so was Matip for the 3rd.

Where to go... not that it's even on topic anyway...

    agree about Robbo, mate,

but Gini always looks to me a useful fit as he wears the LFC shirt, I wouldn't be too much concerned by an under par performance with his national team,

Lovren just makes absolute howlers. The mistake for the first goal v Sevilla was shocking. I still don't know how he managed it.

the one thing i do not get is teh amount of stick some players get like hendo (who is not my favourite by any means) but rarely makes terrible mistakes like lovren, but lovren seems to have more sympathy than hendo.

yeah, he has a terrific right shot from the middle long range,

I think he should look to free himself from his marker more often just outside of the box and try it more frequently as the opportunity arises,

he would find the way of goal more frequently and would certainly be more helpful to our cause,

I will watch our U23 lads taking on Newcastle United counterpart in the International Challenge Cup on LFCTVGo live,

then one hour later the end of our youth game I'll watch the delayed replay of the England's one on Fox Sports Italy,
