Yes we nearly won the title under Rodgers, but I think as a whole we are more solid now.

I think he has. Just needs to sort the defence side now and we should be looking good.

Not just a case of improvement, Klopp knows what he is doing, he has a plan.

With Rodgers he was just going with the flow, the progression with him was random.

Rodgers never managed 8th and Klopp never managed 2nd

At the last measure point - 108 games

    Klopp 50% wins
    Rodgers 54.6% wins

Klopp may of improved the squad but the proof is in the results and unfortunately he comes up short

Klopp is much better when brenda n lost suarez he was lost, klopp can be with out two or three of our best and we still perform, all he needs now is a keeper and a cback and we will be challenging.

Klopp arrive halfway through the season with no pre season training at all. He had to get to know the players and they had to get used to his system. The team where rudderless and playing some of the worst football I've seen from my team. After his first pre season and first FULL season he reached two finals and the football improved. This season, with the right signings, the improvement is there for all to see. Next season with more top signings lined up the progress will continue.

I never understood what he was trying to do or create, first he gets rid of Carroll because he didn't suit his style of play then he buys Benteke a little further down the line. The amount of formation changed drove me crazy as well.

All that waffle at the time, his project and philosophy, yeah right.

Klopp knows what to create, he has the vision, the vision of a top manager.

He just kept buying players but forgot he was supposed to coach them.

    Keeper- unchanged.

    Defense- hmmm

Midfield- veers between the electric and the bang average.

Attack- much more attacking talent added, improvement.

Improvement, incremental improvement. Not as much as I expected, nonetheless. Certainly in terms of shape and solidity at the back.

We cant right the wrongs as fast as the likes of City due to financial imbalance, but we are clearly moving forward.

If Klopp had Suarez in this current set-up, your theory would be blown out the window.
What we do know is that it all fell apart when Barca came calling and our management team and our committe had no plan to combat this brutal outcome.
Fergie didnt losing Ronaldo , and Klopp wont losing Coutinho/Can/Whoever.

Of that we can't be sure, but I have all the confidence that they will be replaced properly.

Nor had Rodgers had us really beat any of the top 6 away either. The away win against Chelsea was what made me first notice, oh hello, a manager who knows how to win the big games here, at last.

    Already an improvement.

So Umpire Ben Smith and Mysteron are the only 2 to vote no?
