I predict us getting Norwich City away.

The draws 5 miles from me, might turn up and ransack the place.

..unless we get Slough Town away

would prefer a top flight minnow at home than an uncomfortable and tricky away game vs a third fourth tier outfit, played on a bobbling frozen pitch in january,

Tottenham away, so we can get some FA Cup Wembley practice ahead of the Semi Final.

enter the hat for the first time this season
It's not a hat, it's a bag and then they get emptied in a bowl. Has it ever been a hat.

I always remember it being the ball bag releasing into the bowl and then one last shake to check everything is out.

    Kicking-off at around 7.10pm
A simple draw. Just pick the teams out and that's it.

No kicking off around 7.10pm and then waiting until after 8, as there's ceremonies and special guests and then you have to draw a red ball out, when you know what team it is, and then another red ball to show position one. Then the next seven teams also get red balls drawn out, when they could just not have the red ball thing, as you know who's where and don't need to draw for it.

Maybe they could do a draw after each tie, to confirm the first team are home.

One bowl with all the 64 balls in

64 separate bowls with each team in one.

Number 2 Arsenal get Number 25 Man Utd. Then let's see who's home, take the ball out of bowl 2, and it's ball 2, so Arsenal will be at home.

Actually drag it out longer. Number 2 v Number 25. Then put 2 and 25 in another bowl and pick one out and they can be at home, so Man Utd could still be at home despite coming out second. Have home ball and away ball.

Number 23 that's Liverpool, right to the home and away bowl. Away ball drawn, so they will be away to, Number 24 that's Man City. Now pull out the home ball which is the only one left to confirm they are home. Now put both home and away balls back and draw the next tie.

Better still drag out finding out a fixture. First 32 balls out are all at home, then 33rd team away to 1st team, 34th way to 2nd etc...

Euro it could be even longer with the third round draw being broken up for awards similar to the awards uefa dish out at the group stage draw.

Shame. We’ll need to play a pretty strong team to get through, when rotation ahead of the game with City would have been good. Busy period.

Yeah, pity. Although City are at home to Burnley so not exactly a walk-over for them either.
