So that's the champions league boxed and 7 smashed passed Moscow. We can now focus on the other big game this week, the blue ***** at Anfield!

Fat Sams thrown a sickie for tomorrow night so he doesn't have to trek to Greece. You just know their sending reserves so they can prepare for this game. Their cup final. This the biggest game of their season, no doubt about it and Sams coming to dog this Derby out. He's going to try and make it physical and ugly, just like him!

I hope our magical front four are on form again and we can smash these ***** right off the park.

    Mignolet

    Gomez
    Lovren
    Klavan
    Milner

    Henderson
    Can
    Coutinho

    Mane
    Firmino
    Salah

It’s going to be a real tough game and pretty sure we will overcome the defensive bitters, as that’s the way they will be playing, all back behind the ball and hanging tough. Just need some of tonight’s brilliance to shine through.

Oh it's going to be tough alright.

I'd love another 90th minute winner, Sammy Lee forgets where he is and who he's working for and runs down the touch line flicking the V's at the Evertonians. That would be a cracking laugh.

shame klopp has said henderson will 100% start. thats a worry. really hope robertson plays instead of milner. with all that in mind, i think klopp will go with:

    -----------mignolet-------------
    gomez...lovren---klavan---milner
    -------------hendo----------------
    ---coutinho-------wijnaldum
    salah-----firmino----mane

id swap hendo with can and milner with robbo but regardless, a team that will get the job done

Big Sam and their little bounce has me worried a bit. Plus they haven't won at Anfield in what 18 years so that feels like a ticking clock.

But I was worried about Spartak tonight so... **** it we'll murder them!

They're going to win a Derby eventually but by *********** god I hope it isn't this Sunday. I want nothing more than to absolutely play them off the park.

I always think this. They have to win eventually and Big Sam will play ugly to get a result.

Hopefully we will just be to good for them.

Same team as last night apart from Mignolet for Karius and Robertson for Moreno (if injured).

I know Wijnaldum isn't the most popular in here but I rate him and hope he starts.

Really hope we beat this lot. Can't stand Fat Sam.

i always get that worry but i cannot see them beating us , maybe a draw at most but whether he's came in or not , they still have no pace and a poor defence

Got a bad feeling about this but for absolutely no logical football reason.

Maybe because with this team after the inebriation comes inescapably the disenchantment?

I can't see them withstanding our front 4. I feel like we should win this convincingly.

Because history is littered with scenarios where teams are on a roll and expected to win a game yet for some inexplicable reason they don't equally teams on a low can in an instant pull out a performance and a result out of nowhere, add in to that they have a new manager, add in to that they haven't won at ours for years and thats why there should be caution, Sam will have a plan that probably involves kicking anything that moves round or shaped like a human as hard and high as possible so make no mistake this will be a tough tough game
    dont look back in anger.

I think the ref is Craig Pawson () so hopefully he clamps down on that very quickly when it becomes clear their game plan is to kick lumps out of us.

I wonder what the cunning plan of Big Sam is.
