I am hoping this is the game where City’s unbeaten streak ends. Also, I am assuming that Coutinho’s future will be decided by this game.

    My preferred team:

    Mignolet

    Gomez VVD Klavan Robertson

    Wijnaldum Can

    Ox

    Salah Firmino Mane

Charged for what, calling someone a son of a xxxxx in Spanish? Don’t be silly. I’m just surprised the Evertonian wasn’t either sent off or carded.

I would play Karius but that aside, that would be my team too.

He called him that in Portuguese no in Spanish, they are different languages but this is not the reason why he is likely to be charged.

Yes, i’m Inclined to agree with you. It will be for the aggressive manner in which he confronted holgate!! With the FA I wouldn’t be surprised if he gets a 1 match ban!! Such a pity for us.

If Coutinho plays, I'm calling, Klopp, the greatest BS-buster of media bluster, ever and the wake-up-and-smell-the-coffee Kaiser. BOOM!

FA can’t impose any sanctions on a player for actions that the referee sees and decides to take no action.

Got to say I'm not looking forward to this, I look has to be smart with his line up or we could be in for a long night.

Kompany will be back for them, only absentee is Jesus...in fact Pep and his side have been really lucky avoiding major injuries this season.

Mignolet Gomez Van Dijk Klavan Robertson Can Milner Lallana Oxlade Salah Mane

The match that puts to bed City's 'Invincibles' attempt.

Indeed. A bit like it just had to be Virgil scoring the winner last night, ending City's run with a resounding win has just got to be. We've always had a penchant for ending other teams runs, streaks and records.

Mane, Wijnaldum, Emre Can, Coutinho / Ox

    Firmino, Salah

I think we'll beat Man City.

I actually think we would have beaten city if Phil had stayed. But seems likely he is off so really depends if we have someone in by then.

Without him we still have a good shot. Probably a draw though.

i think if we have our shooting boots on we have as good a chance of beating city as they have of beating us.

Exactly! What has he done to be seen as an automatic choice? He's a lightweight whose heading ability, or lack thereof, is seriously worrying.
