gunner take out a bridging loan to buy it...then re-mortgage to pay off the bridging loan..then sell coffee to pay the mortgage..
Well It's a vending round actually...but Its still good business practice..wish me luck in my new venture.

Thanks Midland red but my post was slightly cryptic..
Take out a short term loan to buy a business..then re-mortgage that business to pay off loans and build extension..any more clues needed..
Not The best way to go about it, i admit it....but lets just say you did want to run a coffie business that way, wouldn't that be up to you and no one esle would you accept your customers shoutin you .. after all its up to you how you run your business and where you get your loans from.

Yes Tosh I don't want any of those ruffian football fans coming in and shouting abuse at me..after all I'm planning to use some of the re-mortgage money to build an extention..might even do dinners..make more money and I haven't spent a penny of my own money..
...and I'm keeping Manwell on as head waiter...so there..
